Mary’s Butterfly Garden
By Mary Perrone Davis
Mary has many colorful flowers in her garden. Then a colorful new visitor shows up. A beautiful butterfly has emerged from its cocoon. Mary lovingly serves a refreshing drink to her new guest, remembering how God meets all of our needs. This author’s desire is to awaken in children the ability to recognize the many ways that God lets His love shine down on them.

MARY PERRONE DAVIS is a registered nurse who never planned
to be an author. She was spending some quiet time outside during a
women’s retreat in 2002 when a butterfly landed nearby, and Mary’s
Butterfly Garden was born. Mary’s desire is to awaken in children the
ability to recognize the many ways that God lets His love shine down
on them. She hopes that she has been able to do this for her two sons
and her six amazing grandchildren.
